I had a mix of experiences during my recent stay. While the hotel had some pros, such as clean and spacious rooms and a fantastic dining experience, there were notable cons related to customer service and room issues. The dining was exceptional, and I felt it truly elevated my stay. However, the service I received could definitely use some improvement, especially regarding communication about room requests.
